Our Japan team checks the vehicle record, condition information, timing and bidding eligibility.
- 03Confirm Maximum Bid
You approve the maximum auction bid in writing. We will never bid above that limit without your confirmation.
- 04Pay 10% Bid Deposit
A 10% bid deposit is required before bidding and is confirmed under the current agreed terms.
- 05We Bid and Handle Export
We report the result and, after a successful purchase, arrange the invoice, export documents and shipping support.

If the bid is successful, the deposit is applied toward your final invoice. If the bid is not successful, the deposit can be used for another vehicle or handled according to the agreed payment/refund terms.
