We report the result and, after a successful purchase, arrange the invoice, export documents and shipping support.

Auction grades, diagrams and inspector notes help describe condition, but standards vary by auction house. Review the available customer-facing auction sheet with the photos and ask for clarification before bidding.
Payment and Export From Japan
Nippon Vehicles confirms the bid timing, deposit requirement and written terms before purchase. Successful purchases continue through the final invoice, inland transport, export-document and shipping process.
Requesting a C&F or CIF Quotation
Send the vehicle reference, destination country and port. We will verify availability and prepare the applicable vehicle, freight and export support information for your route.

Yes. Nippon Vehicles can support eligible overseas customers with vehicle selection, bid requests, payment guidance, export documents and shipping arrangements from Japan. Final eligibility and costs are confirmed before bidding.
How do I request an auction bid?
Open an eligible auction vehicle, choose the auction request action, and send your contact and destination details. Our Japan team will confirm the vehicle status, bid timing and estimated export cost before proceeding.
What does an auction grade mean?
An auction grade is an inspection score used by the auction house. Grading standards and symbols can vary, so the grade should be reviewed together with the auction sheet, photos and inspection notes.
Can Nippon Vehicles check or explain an auction sheet?
Yes, when a protected customer-facing auction-sheet copy is available. Our team can help explain visible grades, symbols and notes without exposing private source-system data.
What happens when a vehicle is already sold?
Sold vehicles remain useful as past auction references. You can ask Nippon Vehicles to search for a similar vehicle rather than treating the past record as currently available stock.
How do I receive a C&F quotation?
Send the vehicle request with your destination country and port. Nippon Vehicles will verify availability and prepare the applicable vehicle, freight and export cost information.
Are shipping and export documents available?
Shipping and export-document support is available for completed purchases, subject to the destination, vehicle eligibility, carrier schedule and the agreed transaction terms.
Why is the source auction price not displayed?
A source auction figure is not a final customer purchase or export price. Nippon Vehicles first verifies status and calculates the applicable purchase, transport, export and shipping costs before issuing a quotation.
