How To Buy From Japan Auctions
Nippon Vehicles helps customers purchase vehicles directly from Japanese auctions with a clear, guided bidding process.
- 01Search Upcoming Auction Vehicles
Shortlist an eligible vehicle and review its photos, auction timing and available auction sheet.
- 02Request Vehicle Review
Our Japan team checks the vehicle record, condition information, timing and bidding eligibility.
- 03Confirm Maximum Bid
You approve the maximum auction bid in writing. We will never bid above that limit without your confirmation.
- 04Pay Security Deposit
The standard deposit is 10% of the staff-approved maximum bid, subject to a USD 500 minimum and the published terms.
- 05We Bid and Handle Export
We report the result and, after a successful purchase, arrange the invoice, export documents and shipping support.
A verified security deposit is required before bidding. It is calculated from the maximum bid approved by our auction team, not from an unverified customer estimate.
After a successful purchase, the deposit is credited toward the applicable invoice. If no approved vehicle is purchased, verified funds may be retained as auction credit or refunded under the published terms.
