It supports your authorized bid and payment obligations. The standard deposit is 10% of the staff-approved maximum bid, subject to a USD 500 minimum. If you win, it is credited toward the applicable invoice.
Can Nippon Vehicles bid above my approved maximum?
No. We will not bid above the maximum amount you approved in writing without first receiving your confirmation.
When do I pay the balance after winning?
The purchase is binding after a successful bid. The remaining balance is normally due within 48 hours of the proforma invoice unless a different deadline is confirmed in writing.
What happens if my bid is unsuccessful?
After the result is verified, the deposit can be used for another approved vehicle or handled according to the agreed payment/refund terms.
Do you arrange inspection and international shipping?
Where available, you may request an additional inspection. Nippon Vehicles also coordinates export documentation and shipping arrangements to the agreed destination port.
Which destination ports are supported?
The bid request form lists currently configured countries and ports. If your destination is not listed, select the other-destination option and our team will review it with you.
