Vehicle-specific request
No payment is taken on this form. Our team first verifies the vehicle, auction timing, maximum bid and required bid deposit.
From search to export
Nippon Vehicles helps customers purchase vehicles directly from Japanese auctions with a clear, guided bidding process.
Choose an eligible vehicle and review its photos, timing and available auction sheet.
Our Japan team checks condition information, auction timing and bidding eligibility.
You approve the exact auction limit and destination instructions in writing.
The staff-confirmed bid deposit secures your instruction before an active bid is placed.
We report the result and coordinate the invoice, documents and shipping after a successful purchase.
Bid deposit policy
A 10% bid deposit is required before bidding. It is recorded against your approved auction request and is not an extra vehicle charge.
The bid deposit is applied toward your final invoice. Nippon Vehicles then coordinates the remaining invoice, export documentation and shipping arrangements.
The bid deposit can be used for another vehicle or handled according to the agreed payment/refund terms after the auction result is verified.
The exact bid deposit amount, configured minimum and permitted payment method are confirmed by staff under the published terms before payment. This request form does not collect payment.
Straight answers before you bid
It confirms your purchase intention, allows Nippon Vehicles to bid on your behalf, and protects the auction instruction from unauthorized bids or post-win cancellation.
Staff confirms the USD bid value first. The current policy applies a USD 500 minimum up to USD 5,000, then 10.0% rounded up to the next USD 10 through USD 50,000.
No. If your bid succeeds and you complete the purchase, the bid deposit is applied toward the applicable final invoice.
After staff verifies the result, the bid deposit can be used for another approved vehicle or handled according to the agreed payment/refund terms.
The purchase is binding. Nippon Vehicles issues the remaining invoice and normally requires the balance within 48 hours.
You may request a change before the cut-off, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after the bid has been submitted to the auction system.
The normal deadline is 48 hours after the proforma invoice unless a different deadline is confirmed in writing.
Yes, but the approved deposit must cover the number and combined limits of vehicles you are authorized to win.
Values above the configured card threshold require manual review and bank transfer is normally preferred.
