Vehicle-specific request
No payment is taken here. Our team first verifies the vehicle, timing, bid limit and required deposit.
From request to auction result
Every request passes through human verification before money is collected or a bid is placed.
Choose an eligible vehicle and send your maximum bid, destination and inspection preference.
We verify the auction timing, condition information, eligibility and your exact bid limit.
Receive the approved deposit and pay through Stripe-hosted Checkout or an approved bank method.
We confirm the active bid in writing, submit it and report the official auction outcome.
Auction Security Deposit
For an approved value up to USD 5,000, the minimum deposit is USD 500. From USD 5,001 through USD 50,000, the standard deposit is 10.0%, rounded upward to the next USD 10. Higher combined values receive manual review.
Successful bid: the recorded deposit is credited toward the applicable purchase invoice.
No vehicle purchased: choose controlled auction credit or request a refund under the accepted terms.
Your bidding authority
If the bid is unsuccessful
After the auction result is verified and no purchase or liability remains, you can keep the recorded amount as credit for another approved request or ask for a refund to the original payment method.
Straight answers before you bid
It protects Nippon Vehicles from unauthorized bids, post-win cancellation, auction penalties and other losses after an authorized purchase.
Staff confirms the USD bid value first. The standard policy is USD 500 up to USD 5,000, then 10.0% rounded up to the next USD 10 through USD 50,000.
No. If your bid succeeds and you complete the purchase, the security deposit is credited toward the applicable invoice.
After staff verifies the result, you may keep the amount as auction credit for another approved bid or request a refund under the accepted terms.
The purchase is binding. Nippon Vehicles issues the remaining invoice and normally requires the balance within 48 hours.
You may request a change before the cut-off, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after the bid has been submitted to the auction system.
The normal deadline is 48 hours after the proforma invoice unless a different deadline is confirmed in writing.
Yes, but the approved deposit must cover the number and combined limits of vehicles you are authorized to win.
Values above the configured card threshold require manual review and bank transfer is normally preferred.
